"The views are amazing and the suite was very generously sized. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful. A true gem in the Alto Adige region"

" I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you. Not just once but every day. At least one of the owners are there every day, all day! They are truly passionate for what they do! "One of the best places we've ever stayed. Very tranquil and amenities are great"

"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."

"exellent service and very good food"

"What a wonderful place at the top of the mountain"

"amazing hotel, food and area"

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. Parking was easy. Although it was close to the city centre it was very quiet. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. All round a lovely place to stay in Merano."
