"The experience was miserable from start to finish. You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely.
Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water.

"Great experience for few nights in Torino for mates wedding. Perfect location to everything. Impressed, got my bed made with clean sheets each day, and fresh soap and hair stuff - Has a small fridge which was cold.. and nice, convenient for keeping drinks cold on the summers days.
