Pls dont ever book this property . My cash tshirts and a lv belt was stolen from my bag . Apart from me only hotel authorities can excess my room . The team was not supportive and just told me we are ready to give camera recording to police as they know no police complaint is attended immediately in paris . I had gone to police station multiple times but no action from police . They say we will look into it once we are done with old complaints . I informed police that i m leaving day-after still there was no support from them . I argued with the hotel people who else can open my room apart from any of your hotel staff but the had a simple answer we are ready to give camera recording to police . No camera in any floor of the hotel .only at the entrance they had a single camera so by no way we could have caught the thief who went in-side my room . Worst hotel don't ever book this hotel at any cost . Lost 300000 inr (3800 usd ) .

Dear Sir,We are very sorry for this incident. We are even more sorry that we were unable to help resolve this matter. We guard the hotel very closely, the doors are opened by the reception, every person entering the hotel is asked for their room number, and safes are installed in each room so that you can hide money in them. We treat every complaint seriously, which is why, as a manager, I checked the monitoring for 5 hours and consulted with the team every person who entered the hotel, unfortunately I was unable to find a person who could not be identified.However, if we suspect theft, we must initiate the procedures imposed by law; we have monitoring that shows every person who entered or left the hotel in the meantime. We are ready to present it as evidence in the case if the police ask for it. At this time, please accept our apologies and regret that there is nothing more we could have done for you. We are a small, individual establishment where we make sure that each guest feels at home and we are sorry that this incident had an impact on the poor assessment of our hotel and your stay in Paris.We rest on your disposal for any further information you may need, Best Regards, Magdalena Manager Hotel Le Relais St Charles

Cute little hotel, perfect for a weekend in Paris, very close to Eiffel Tower and Metro less than a minutes walk. Cute little market outside on a Sunday too.

I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars due to the poor room service experience. The supposedly clean sheets were delivered with dirty stains, hairs, and even tissue on them. The overall service was subpar, except for one standout individual who I believe was a manager. Despite the shortcomings, this manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating, going out of their way to help us secure a taxi for the following day.

We arrived at noon from a long trip and early check in is not available. They do have storage for your luggage. The breakfast was good but choices limited and the same everyday. The bed was hard. As far as convenience it was good. The rail station is across the street and the Eiffel Tower is a 10 min walk. There was a nice little flea market across the street where you can buy fruit and other items. Lots of food choices. The staff was nice and helpful

I had a great experience at this hotel, all of the staff was very lovely and treated me and my mother with kindness. The neighborhood is great as well, with a metro station and many many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Paris!

1st thing the receptionist said was to be careful of our. Just not a good hotel. It’s a good 15 minutes walk from the Tower. We only spent 1 night so I wasn’t terrible. We had breakfast at the restaurant at the corner

Wouldn’t stay again
Service was terrible. When we walked in the guy on reception ignored us initially. It says on the website that check in was at 2:30 but we could leave luggage with them in a locked area. We got there early but there was no room in the cupboard for our luggage so he just kept our bags by the front desk which naturally worried us when we left the hotel to explore Paris. When we returned all was okay with our bags and we got our room key. We stayed on the first floor and the room was pretty clean and sizeable enough so no complaints there. However, the noise from the street was terrible, the walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear people talking outside. The noise did wake us up multiple times in the night. Also, the actual room has a blackout curtain which blocked the light, but the en-suite bathroom (directly facing the bed) had a window which let all the streetlight in from the street. Even with the door closed it shone through the outer cracks of the door frame so it made it really difficult to sleep with the light as well as the noise. When we got up in the morning to shower, the hot water wasn’t really hot, but luke warm which wasn’t overly pleasant and the air-con/ heating was broken in our room. Overall, the location is good, just opposite the Dupleix metro station and about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower but honestly was a bad experience from the service and the room. I’d rather stay down the street in another hotel if we were to go again.

Arrivals are from 2:30 p.m. and departures are until 12:00 p.m. We need time to prepare the rooms for our new guests. Our hotel is usually full, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee earlier accommodation. The room you booked faces the street and on January 18, we sent you information that we also offer rooms facing the yard and with a view and that you can modify your reservation. Our rooms are heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer and are controlled both individually and centrally at reception. If you have any problems, the reception is here to help as it is open 24/7.Once again, we are sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations,Yours faithfullyMagdalena

Very convenient for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Great view of the top part of the Tower too from our room. Staff very friendly and someone always available and on hand at front desk. Room is a bit small but is cosy and has everything you need. Had a great time and we would recommend to anyone who wants to be central to Paris’ major landmarks without paying a fortune for the privilege.

Well situated across the street from the metro. Plenty of markets and brasseries in the area. Staff was friendly and spoke several languages. Older hotel that’s been refurbished. Clean, AC worked well. Had a street dude room, but was plenty quiet with the windows closed.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. The man with a ponytail was super condescending and would ask questions like “didn’t you see this before when booking?!” when his job is to simply help the guests out. Door rooms would not open with key card and the employee kept having to follow and open the door which was an inconvenience for the staff, not really the guest but it was unprofessional. Woke us up at 1 AM in the morning with a phone call to explain the rules over and over again as If we didn’t understand the first time. Made it seem like we were liars and kept pressing the same issue repeatedly that you couldn’t have more than 2 guests in a room when we never did. Would absolutely never stay here again and would recommend everyone avoid because the hotels nearby are MUCH BETTER AND THE STAFF ARE ACTUALLY HELPFUL AND NICE EVERYWHERE ELSE.

The hotel is an a great location. The train station is right across the street. We walked most places but found it convenient when we needed it. We stayed on floor 5 and had view of the Eiffel Tower (about 1/3 of it). It is a little noisy at night, but again, we didn’t mind since we were up and wanted the windows open. Highly recommend this hotel for the value!
