Rooms have no A/C. There’s not a laundry room like advertised on Expedia. Shower curtain was ruined, so the water will splash all over the bathroom floor. Hangers are broken. Difficult to communicate with staff. Honestly not a great experience. Won’t recommend.

This hotel is fine to rest but it is not very comfortable. The space in the bathroom is minimal and they should put a bigger tv in the room because these screens are quite small to watch something from the bed.

My French is not the best but the receptionist realized and was quick and willing to switch to French or Spanish for me. She was friendly. A good place to stay for a few nights on a business/quick trip. Didn’t choose the breakfast option but the supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Easy public transportation, a tram or bus is always passing by , and it’s near the Gennevilliers train station. Only problem was that soap residue was on the shower head and that the pillows are small.
