Regular/ returning guest, we stay twice a year. This is my first time booking with Expedia. The room was smaller than usual. We were in an area under renovation, with the hallways being renovated. The staff: very, very friendly, except for the boy who seemed "annoyed " by the guests ... a shame because it detracts from the work of the other girls, who have always been very kind. Cleanliness: good, and the waiter was also kind. Breakfast: normal, with a variety of products, both savory and sweet. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nice but needs carpet for the corridors

As usual corridors are noisy at night as there is no carpet - you hear every door bang and every person walking down the corridor. Also too hot as usual. Nice hotel though and good location

This hotel is located a 10 minute drive from Parma so not an ideal location. Although they have a restaurant, they had a convention going on so they only had a disappointing buffet menu. Nice room and staff.

Leider hat die Aircondition nicht richtig funktioniert, wir hatten 24 Grad Celsius im Zimmer. Leider konnten wir die Temperatur nicht reduzieren, die Steuerung funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Molti parcheggi esterni disponibili, facile da raggiungere se si è a Parma per visitare la fiera. Colazione nella media, camera ben pulita. Nella nostra camera mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffietta per la doccia, frigo bar vuoto solo una bottiglietta d’acqua al suo interno. Vasca della doccia datata con segni del tempo.

Personnel froid, je n'ai jamais vu un tel accueil... L'hôtel se situe au milieu de nul part à environ 10 min de Parme en voiture. J'avais réservé une Junior Suite, on vous accompagne jusqu'à la chambre car elle se situe à l'extérieur et non pas via un accès par ascenseur. La chambre était grande, mais froide, aucune décoration. La salle de bains adaptée PMR, avecdes toiles d'araignées et des araignées partout. Le bain a remous est tellement salle (les buses étaient toutes jaunes) que je n'ai pas voulu tester. La douche ne fonctionnait pas car certainement jamais entretenue et rongée par le tartre. J'ai été le signaler à l'accueil pour que cela soit réparé, mais j'ai été reçu avec le même accueil froid et malgré les relances rien n'a été fait pendant les 3 jours. Ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement qui se dit 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était très simple et n'avait rien d'extraordinaire. Je ne conseille pas et ne reviendrai pas. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas d'être référencé sur Expedia. Il ne répond pas aux normes d'un 4 étoiles.

Tubo della doccia da tenere con la mano in quanto rotto nonostante la segnalazione, prima doccia con saponetta per mancanza di bagnoschiuma e bocchettoni per l’idromassaggio arancioni tanto erano sporchi . Colazione mediocre : caffè tremendo , cibo sotto la media con sottofondo di urla fra un dipendente e un’altra persona . Finestre da cui si può vedere l’interno delle camere , solitamente sono schermate. Mi aspettavo di più da un hotel 4 stelle . Bocciato

Un buon hotel

Un buon hotel, datato in arredamenti ed accessori, ma completo di ogni cosa necessaria, buona l’idea di fornire coperta supplementare, magari anche un cuscino in più sarebbe stato utile, non male la tv satellitare, buona la colazione anche se non si esagera con la varietà. Camere tranquille e silenziose, parcheggio ampio e sempre disponibile. In sostanza un buon hotel ma senza eccellere… ottimo il personale

Hotel con ampio parcheggio. Camera molto datata, con lavandino del bagno staccato dal muro, vasca in camera non funzionante, bidet rotto. Nel frigo bar solo acqua. Da un hotel 4 stelle che pretende 167 euro a notte pretendo molto di più. Non lo consiglio.
