We were in a taxi with a couple and the gentelman in our taxi was taking pictures of the "Welcome to Mexico" sign, and we were pulled over by a border patrol lady. She was rude to the man and told him he couldn't be taking pictures or they could fine him 6,000 to 20,000 pesos. So be careful!
