"Lovely hotel. Staff welcomed us warmly and then escorted us to our room. Had a suite overlooking the botanical garden. Rooftop bar looked very nice but we preferred to walk around Trastevere which is a 10 minute walk away. Hotel nice and quiet. Toiletries are ok, nothing special. Room smelled musty but dissipated shortly after we turned on the air con. Plastic cups rather than glass in the bathroom should be limited to motels, not hotels. Mats at the entrances can use a deep clean or replacement as that gave a bit of a negative first impression. Nice touch being gifted a bag of pasta to take home."
