"One of the OG hotels if central Bangkok. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Rooms old but good except excessive use of mirrors and mirrored tiles (overuse does NOT make the room seem larger). But all in all you can’t go wrong here! "

"The location is the only positive this hotel has. The room cleanliness is disgraceful with heavy mould on ceiling, bathroom tiles, silicon, shower head and floor. Not just terrible to look at but potential a dangerous health and safety situation. The lifts are a nightmare. Not controlled as a single unit but my multiple call buttons - of the four lifts 1 was out for service and 1 had broken down leaving 2 for almost 20 floors. Checkin was very slow and the receptionist was trying to sign my email up to the loyalty program without asking. For a mid level Accor property it does not meet the standards expected for the price being charged. I would encourage the hotel exec to take a look."

"Poor room service, doesn’t keep up to the Novotel name and international standards. 1st day- went into a room without towels provided. Had to call the housekeeping thrice before they even sent 2 towels. Believe that provision towels should be automatic when every guest check-in. Torn bedsheets provided and the bed keep moving as the wheels won’t stuck on the floor. Shower drainage bad, when you shower the water would come out from the main shower room and the hotel toilet would be wet. Hotel receptionist attitude is very bad. If I remembered correctly her name is songpan ploypech. Such attitude should not be at the main reception."

"Beautiful huge hotel near the Erwan Shrine in central Bangkok. Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful huge pool. Breakfast buffet was very complete with Asian and western options. I would return. "

"Superb locations and the hotel vibes was so good that I wish I could stay a bit longer. The only complaint I would have is that tiny lift that goes to the connecting bridge to Central world that brings us to the Mezzanine floor… always long queue in the morning."

"The rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially the housekeepers, are friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect."
