Room was clean and tidy and fit our needs for the 3 days we stayed. Very pretty back patio space with access to the Banana River. (No beach towels on site, so plan to bring your own.)

Loved it here! We spend a couple of day at the beach and a couple of days on the river. The location was quiet, and peaceful. The beach isn’t full near by just the way we like it bc it’s easier to keep an eye on your kiddos. We truly enjoyed our days on the river kayaking, swimming, etc. we will definitely be coming back.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Unit was very clean, accommodating and cozy, quiet, easy parking. Had a little difficulty finding via google maps directions, but overall great. Wi-fi connection was shotty for us when watching Netflix (only complaint).

Overall, it was an excellent choice for folks with older kids. We had 1 and 2 year old kids and the room and property are really great for honey mooners. The view is insta worthy and the parking was so ample. Watching the sunset here was priceless. It was a great stay, would do again but definitely not with small children

The staff and view were excellent. The room we stayed in was modern and clean. The HVAC connected to multiple rooms, and the communal cleaning supplies were the only issues. Very nice place to stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. The unit is gorgeous and spotless. The location is quiet. The place we stayed at was well stocked and the one thing we needed they didn’t have, was brought to us within an hour. This is a great spot for family to relax and have a quiet time but still get to the hot spots in the area. I already recommended the place to 3 families and we just left today!!

Over all the property is good. Perfect location with a beautiful patio over looking the banana river. Short walking distance to the beach. Our unit was rather run down and the bathroom/septic system was very smelly. The mattresses were also a little “old” and very soft.

Quiet Gem for families on the south end of Cocoa.

It was quiet and the rooms are great for families. They thought of literally everything. The property sits on the banana river with a sun deck and a small beach access into the water where they provide courtesy paddle boards for use. The Beach is is across the road with entrance through the Anthony’s resort parking area. Just walk. The beach is wide and not crowded. Loved this place.

We loved BRR, we stayed at the apartment suite which has a huge kitchen and entertaining area that can fit 10-20 people easily. Even though it was only my husband and I, He loves to cook for us so it was perfect. Very calm and quiet place. Great for group gatherings. We wanted to relax and that was just what we did. Loved it! Will go back

Lovely spot

Beautiful spot by river and very close to beach. Access to beach across the road - it’s doable, but not perfect with small children. Peaceful neighbourhood. Short drive to restaurants, cafes etc. The apartment is pretty and nicely done, but has definately seen better years. Needs maintenance and deep cleaning. Also outside many corners need fixing. Airconditioner and fans worked very well and kept the apartment nice and cool.

Loved the location!!

The location was absolutely amazing...right on the water, the views were stunning...sunrise, sunset... beautiful! Very cute, updated villa! The only negative we would mention is the sharing of A/C with the unit next to us. We could not control the temperature on our side and it did get quite stuffy and uncomfortable in there. Thankfully there is a ceiling fan and a stand/oscillating fan in the bedroom, so that helped some. We would definitely stay in that particular unit/villa again if we are back in the area again! (Villa #10, Under the Umbrellas)

Overall the place was great! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and surprisingly very modern/updated in regards of decor in comparison to many we have been to. The staff was friendly and accommodating with each request made throughout our stay. With some pretty minor changes, I would say AMAZING! One huge thing being blackout curtains…especially for the bedrooms that face the parking area. Anytime a car would park our entire bedroom would light up as if someone turned on all the lights.. so the weekend was a little sleepless for our room with people coming and going pretty late throughout the night. Also would recommend just tossing all the board games and yard games and replacing with some new ones… the ones there were pretty old and everyone we attempted had missing pieces. Granted no one comes to the beach to sit inside, but it’s a nice option if you get hit with some not great weather or need a break from the sun. Other than that… fantastic and would recommend.

Deceivingly wonderful!!! When you initially pull in there is a slight pause & passing thought of “what did I book”?! The first thing you’ll see is a lot of gravel, trash cans and misc stuff that appears to no longer have a purpose. The building itself feels super dated from the exterior but once inside you’ll be beyond pleasantly surprised! Very clean and updated! A well appointed granite kitchen and clean tile floors will be your first glance. Bedrooms have clean and fresh linens! Bathroom is modern and again towels and bath mat are fresh & clean. Very nice large smart TVs in all bedrooms and living area. The dock out back is in terrible disrepair and needs immediate attention but all the water toys are available as promised. Would def stay again! It’s a shame the outside property looks like a dump and the waterfront decking is dangerous. A little clean up in the yard and some new decking would go a long way. However…Highly recommend!!!

Stayed at Banana River Resorts for 2 nights. Pros: cute apartment with comfortable beds I didn’t get or see the email that gave me the information about checking in and my door code. I was in a bit of a panic because I was getting on the plane when I realized that I needed a key code to get in and I didn’t have it. I called and left a message as well as contacted Expedia. The manager of the resort was quick to respond. Cons: When I got to my apartment I was greeted by a 3 inch cockroach belly up on the floor in the living room. Even though we are suppose to have assigned parking spots. I got back to the resort on the second night and had a very difficult time finding parking. I would say the parking lot is on the small side so if other people have guests there you may not have your parking space. I think they need to be better marked
