A really well managed hotel with attentive & courteous staff. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods & was amazing value. The ground floor swimming pool was very clean & well maintained & was very popular with guests. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Exceptional value. Also for getting into Pattaya the songtaew (10THB Baht Bus) stopped on the main road in front of the hotel. Terrific.

Clean room. Spacious. Cleaners come everyday to clean the room; albeit maybe a bit late? They come around 3/4. Would be nice to see them earlier before we leave. No smart tv !! Would be sooo much better with a smart tv. Nice touch having a mini fridge. Great buffet for breakfast. Would be nice knowing next to each meal though Whats vegetarian or halal. Orange juice could be better. Quite a few ants in the room probably due to weather? Would be nice if something could be put in place to combat this. Overall great room and hotel. Worth it

Nothing close to warrant price

From the outside it looks great and initially you are well received. However, shortly after entering my room and doing a customary look around (which includes a look under the bed). I noticed that most things are just swept under the bed. Any other request for the room including and extra pillow came with a considerable charge.

Not helpful to change room although we are Expedia gold member they upgraded next day and we had to pay upgrade fee! We had to leave the room 12 o clock ant they let us wait 2 hours in he lobby before we could access the upgraded room. Terrible service!

Sänky aivan erinomainen. Minulle sijainti hieman liian sivussa. Jomtien alueella on sentään elämää!!

Upean hotellin vieraat ilmeisesti jurttaan tottuneita

Sijainti lavataksi reitin varrella. Rantaan on matkaa, mutta hotellilla kaksi uima-allasta.
