Plenty of free parking spots and an impressive drive to the entrance area through a park with dinosaur statues. Terminal 21 Mall is at a walking distance if you’re looking for cheaper food than what the hotel offers. "The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew.
