Nice spacious rooms, clean with great beds. Right across from the ocean, 4th floor deck plus pool area, amazing staff and plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Booked another 2 weeks instead of moving.

The rooms are simple but spacious - we had a beautiful view of the ocean and watched some spectacular sunsets :) The pool was quite refreshing - again, the hotel is simple but adequate

The real view starts at the pool level: 4. Rooms below the 4th floor have a lot of trees, umbrellas, and cables scattered through the view. I had to pay an extra 300 baht for the better room, but wow, that room on the 6th floor was really great! The pool is refreshing and has a gorgeous view as well.

Walking distance to literally everything you need. Friendly staff. Very nice decor in hotel and room , if a little dated. Would recommend for a stay a little more quiet than downtown.

First room was not very good bed, were able to upgrade to a much nicer room, thank you forthat to the manager. Hotel is a little old, but for the price and location, very good. Great restaurants around, fresh fish on the beach, 7 11 in the ground floor. Lots of good things

Good overall, no noise and close to restaurants and beach. Nice poolarea, but bar is closed, and a breakfast offer at the pool would be great for you to start up. WIFI works great for streaming. Good value overall.

Nice well Maintained Property, Parking right in front. Nice pool on 4th floor. AC works great. Staff is very accommodating. Visitors and guests will need to leave ID at front desk. Next door 7-11 under the pool. Short Walking distance to beach and restaurants. I was 4th floor on beach side, but there was another building outside blocking my view. Room was discounted because of this.

If you rent an ocean view room, you will enjoy the great view. Property is dated but acceptable. The negatives - spotty AirCon. Some rooms have good AirCon but then others are terribly hot. Only real negative was a dirty pool. Great view and location from pool, but poor maintenance.

Hot water did not work air conditioner remote didn’t work hot water kettle did not work upon check-in. Hot water kettle got fixed air conditioner remote got fixed. There was no hot water my whole stay. The Wi-Fi was also spotty. I had better luck just using my eSIM that had unlimited data. Lots of dining options 711 was right there and only two minutes from the beach. If the hot water was good I would say I would stay again. Staff were very friendly.
