Very nice rooms and entire hotel. It has a European flair to it. It is very clean and all the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is huge with many choices. The restaurant has delicious food and great value. Excellent location walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and Alcazar Cabaret.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our first room didn’t have a good view so we called and they instantly moved us to a beach view. The restaurant food was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is in a good location not far from attractions.

It's not on a main street but there's a shuttle every 30 min to Dolphin Circle where there's shopping mall, food, spas, etc. all in a walking distance. Staff is all super friendly. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. The cleanliness was 4 out of 5 because of unclean toilet.

I found this hotel perfect, it is hidden away from the main hussle and bustle. The supply of free transport the the main shopping "terminal 21", there you can catch any amount of transportation into Pattaya. The hotel is Beautifully presented inside and out, very friendly and professional staff. Buffet Breakfast and meals that cater for most, if not all origins.

Can't recommend it highly enough

The whole hotel is a good place to take pictures. It's near to T21, ignore the comments about dark roads as I think is quite safe overall. There is a private beach that you can't swim in. The staff is really attentive and extra helpful. I even double booked my Jetski experience which the staff Khun Kwanchai actually refunded me after I return back to Malaysia. Extremely great experience which goes beyond, special shoutout to K. Kwanchai

Wonderful stay
