“Very disappointing experience. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the air conditioning system was out of service with no estimated time for repairs. We had to find another solution, and since then, we have been struggling to get our refund. Poor experience and poor follow-up. I hope management takes responsibility and resolves this issue promptly.”

“Horrible hotel. I was given room in run down apt. building with no pool, no tv, kettle, no fridge, not even a chair. I stayed a week and hotel ignored missing amenities. Front desk was rude”
