This once proud hotel has fallen into disrepair with lack of maintenance and investment.The whole place needs closing down and re-furbishing.

This hotel is tired and shabby and in dreadful need of investment.The base of the toilet and around the toilet seat was dirty.Staff were fantastic though.

This being a unique time as due to corona virus the world had changed and I may have been one of the last person to have stayed there. Hopefully not though. Staff :- loverly Hotel :- aged but nice If ever the chance to stay again I certainly would.. I wish all the staff there the best of luck for the future.. in these unpredictable times. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Terrible fitness facility.
I asked about the fitness center for this hotel. It's nothing but a few sad pieces of equipment near the pool. There were to people on each side of the door smoking cigarettes. Since the door to this fitness room doesn't close all the way it was a horrible smell in this room. virtually impossible to get a work out in. For such a big hotel they really need to invest in a better fitness facility.

Night time security man is a clown.
The Hotel wasn’t too bad, but the security guy who works nights let’s the place down. He has got to be the strangest person in Thailand - always acting like he is off his head and making everybody who walks into the hotel feel uncomfortable.

Significant room for improvement.
The location is pretty ideal and the overall hotel and atmosphere is really nice. That said, the staff, especially the front desk is really pretty bad. They seem confrontational and upset any time any small issue comes up. I won’t be back specifically because they were so rude, especially later at night. Next thing, the wifi is atrocious. It’s horrible. They give you these little paper slips that you use for your login. And it works kinda sorta for like 5 minute bursts then not at all. And forget using it at all if you’re not close to the door. It needs a major overhaul or complete replacement. If you require wifi to work or make a call. Look elsewhere, 0/10 rating for wifi. Lastly, there is no hot water here. If you like luke warm showers, this is your spot. All in all I’d give this place a 5/10 strictly because the location is great, the building is nice, and the cleaning staff is absolutely incredible 10/10.

A god stay
Hotel was convenient location,room was large enough , ensuite was dated and leaking and the shower was very good for hot water. Unfortunately the only complaint would be communicating with staff at desk, would be nice to have someone speak better English.

Large rooms with great view. Outdated furniture and lightning (quite dark and cold lights). For example the light switches were 2 meters from the bed, had to get up in the dark to turn on the light.

Room I had was very dated and you could smell that it had been smoked in. In morning when I went for a shower the shower/tap faucet came off in my hand thus I had to take a bath. Would not stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have had no troubles or concerns. I would recommend this hotel. Its location is only a few minutes from the beach and local bars etc. It has a very large pool.

The morning reception staff was pretty rude and were making racist comments about Indian tourists that they are trouble makers. I was not happy to pay a 1000 thai baht deposit since most of my travel around Europe there was no such requirement, however, the reception staff member started suggesting Indian tourists behave in such a way. I am British national but of Indian origin. There is no gym in the hotel and safety box in the room. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room. Overall, I believe it is not really a 4 star hotel in its true sense.

I stayed 4th till 22 of September, 31 of October till 19 of December 2016 My bookings was done part of my bookings was from the 7th till 19th of December 2016. So I spend a lot of time in this hotel and wrote always good reviews, but when I arrived on 31 October till 19th of December they gave my a room it was unacceptable, like most of the rooms, clean, but run down like the other 3 rooms more I had to change to. The 2nd room 818 was in a block what was empty and they was remodelling, from the morning to the night hammering, cutting tile s, so after 10 days they changed me to a room 114 where the whole closet was wet and dirty, so finally y got upgraded to a "suite". The only closet is in the bathroom, all my close became clam till wet when the A/C air absorber starts to drop and then the water was running. Housekeeping did not any attempt to fix the problem. In all rooms I was the balconies was permanent under water when it rained, because the floors are not levelled to the drainage. So it made it impossible to stay longer and I checked out on the 6th of December. No refund was offered, just for my next booking 4 days free food & beverages. The restaurants are average to unhygienic, I got from the flying insects food poisoning and paid 380 US for the hospital Dr. and medication and 140 US to treat the mites I got in the wet beds. The only nice things is the location, GYM and the beach bar & grill COAST. The reception staff smiles, but false. I still can't believe that

Quiet near transportation and all vacation action
Big room with great view over beautiful pool. Classic old style grand hotel with big lobby,etc. No bars near so very quite area only a half block from 2nd road so walking to everywhere is no problem. Your room guests just sign in at the desk no problem. Drawbacks are no in room safe and have to use lobby deposit box and carry a key for that. No wall hooks in the bath to hang towels. Lastly, the tv's volume control should be restricted as I could hear next room tv when they cranked it up in the middle of the night. Minor complaints so great stay at this hotel.
