My bookings was done part of my bookings was from the 7th till 19th of December 2016. So I spend a lot of time in this hotel and wrote always good reviews, but when I arrived on
31 October till 19th of December they gave my a room it was unacceptable, like most of the rooms, clean, but run down like the other 3 rooms more I had to change to. The 2nd room 818 was in a block what was empty and they was remodelling, from the morning to the night hammering, cutting tile s, so after 10 days they changed me to a room 114 where the whole closet was wet and dirty, so finally y got upgraded to a "suite". The only closet is in the bathroom, all my close became clam till wet when the A/C air absorber starts to drop and then the water was running. Housekeeping did not any attempt to fix the problem. In all rooms I was the balconies was permanent under water when it rained, because the floors are not levelled to the drainage.
So it made it impossible to stay longer and I checked out on the 6th of December. No refund was offered, just for my next booking 4 days free food & beverages. The restaurants are average to unhygienic, I got from the flying insects food poisoning and paid 380 US for the hospital Dr. and medication and 140 US to treat the mites I got in the wet beds.
The only nice things is the location, GYM and the beach bar & grill COAST.
The reception staff smiles, but false. I still can't believe that
