Ihan ok kaupunkihotelli

Siisteys thaimaalaiseen tasoon ihan ok, mutta suomalaiseen tasoon aika heikkoa. Isot propsit silti henkilökunnalle, jotka jaksoivat huolehtia tarpeistamme, kun niistä ”valitimme”. Ystävällistä toimintaa, mutta englanninkielen taito heikkoa, taisi vain pari kolme työntekijä koko hotellilla osata englantia, aasialaisille suunnattu hotelli, joka näkyi myös aamupalalla. Meillä oli merinäkymä (ja allas), mutta fiiliksen pilasi paikallisten kokoontumine Jomtienille joka ilta soittamaan täysillä musiikkia ja pommittamaan ilotulituksia (ei saatu nukuttua ennen klo 02)

Amazing view, but not Vegetarian/Vegan friendly..

Deluxe Seaview room has a sensational view - highly recommend getting a top-floor room but ask for room without the hotel sign impeding the view. Nee, the lady on reception is lovely - very helpful and friendly. She really tried to accommodate me. I have to say however that if you are a vegetarian or vegan, you are in trouble. I had to move rooms to get one with a microwave as there is absolutely nothing to eat in the hotel, nor any neighboring restaurants. I did try on a couple of occasions to ask restaurant staff if I could order something from the menu, minus pork, chicken or seafood but there was a language problem. The pantry room was nice, but I had to sacrifice the view - which had been the reason for choosing the hotel in the first place. As I was there for 14 nights, this was quite a sacrifice. Why can't they put microwaves in all rooms? I never understand this. But at least I was able to go into Pattaya to a big supermarket and stock up with vegan burgers etc and cook in the room. Please note: no stovetop; only microwave. Also, no double bed - both rooms only had twin beds pushed together. Not a problem if you have a double duvet but having TWO SINGLE DUVETS? This was really uncomfortable when I had company. They said all the lower floors had doubles. Why not the top one??? The shuttle service to Central Festival is terrific and the 2 drivers I had were really good guys. The second one spoke great English and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!!

No internet the entire 3 days.

Was overcharged on taxes and fees $135 for 2nd and 3rd day. While first day was $12 taxes and fees. The internet was down broken the entire 3 days. Booked the first night using silver membership hotels.com, booked the next two nights the same way, but showed up as two different companies on my Card.
