"I loved how new it is, the clean decor, and extremely helpful and nice staff. I totally appreciated that they have a free laundry for the guests to use when they need it. The facility is Pet friendly, which was ideal for us because my daughter traveled with a small dog."

"Super deal. Excellent room. Convenient area. Felt very safe. Keep in mind that the room does not have air conditioning. Plenty of street parking within a 10 second walk to the property, so I wouldn't pay the extra fee for parking. Awesome Mexican restaurant at the corner of the block, though a tad pricey. Supermarket right beside it. Mediocre KFC right across the street. I highly recommend this place. The only issue I experienced was that there was a bit of a confusion during check-in and I was stuck in my car waiting for 30 minutes. Neither the host nor the on-site caretaker were responding to my messages (despite keeping them informed of my arrival, as they requested) and I had to have the useless Expedia virtual agent try to contact them. The property manager eventually responded (30 minutes later) and was like "Why didn't you just ring the doorbell?" I would have if you told me to in the instructions, but the instructions specifically said to contact the on-site caretaker through WhatsApp, which I was doing throughout the day and keeping him informed of my arrival (and he never responded). When I finally met him, he was confused by my arrival time, and I specifically showed him my messages through the Expedia platform showing that I specified exactly when I would arrive (again, as requested by the host)."

"Our arrival was very welcoming and check in was quick and smooth. The pool area was nice and inviting. Our room was very tired, no hot water and I didn’t want to sit on the couch. It looked very dindgy. The bed was ok but No Hot Water at all. Bathroom Very old. This property needs a major renovation. Breakfast servers were great. Food was ok. Dinner was very good. We had the Italian restaurant. More great service. 👍. This trip served our purpose as we had to fly back home and was a quick drive to the airport. Thanks again. K & R"

"Very nice property with pretty foliage and landscaping. Some room decor and parts can use updating but nice, spacious and clean. Restaurant was great with many healthy options especially breakfast buffet. Amenities offer spa, gym, pool and casino. Executive lounge was an great addition. All staff were amazing. With complementary shuttle service, what more do you need. Store and other eating options walkable and nearby. Not walkable too much else I don’t believe. Will return."

"The nightlight by the bed had these tiny switches that we couldn’t find for a while which was very frustrating. Otherwise the room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet was abundant with various fresh fruits, baked goods and prepared eggs, rice, sausage, and potatoes."
