They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back."

"We stayed at the Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur twice this year. It is a very beautiful, more traditional Malaysian hotel with an amazing foyer featuring huge chandeliers. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever encountered, with a huge selection of foods. We will definitely stay at the Royale Chulan again when in Kuala Lumpur and cannot recommend it highly enough."
