Upon arrival the desk person was friendly and efficient. After that, all went down hill. The room was in need of renovation. Bathroom shower horrendous. We stayed two nights, room was never cleaned. Dirty towels piled up. The breakfast was a joke. No syrup for the waffles. How hard is it to go to a Dollar store for a dozen syrup bottles. There was no butter or cream cheese in fridge, had to go to front desk to ask for some. Cereal receptacles were empty. No milk for cereal either, had to go to front desk for that too. No fruit, barely any bread for toast. Will never stay again, and will think twice about any Quality Inns in the future. And this was an 7:00/8:00 am breakfast, not the end of the breakfast schedule. There were only 8 guests there.
