"The hotel is very impressive. It is a large 14 story structure, and our room on the seventh floor had an incredible view of Lake Geneva. The staff were most helpful, answering all of our questions and accommodating us with every request. The breakfast was delicious, had many, many options. We walked along Lake Geneva, all the way to the castle, which was truly a magical place. We also took a boat ride on the water. There is also a snack area that is open 24 hours in the lobby, including espresso, cold drinks, and popcorn!"

"The location being close to transportation and places to see and eat was very good. Room was small with no air conditioning and no small refrigerator but good for money. The female staff at the desk were extremely nice and helpful specially Tanya but the man at the desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all"

"The hotel was amazing right by the lake and we had the most fabulous views of the lake and mountains. The room was very spacious and the temperature was great lovely and cool when coming in from the heat of the day. Very clean and well kept. The bathroom was big with a powerful shower which we loved. Great choice of restaurants/bars within the hotel. The pool was a great experience with jacuzzi changing rooms sauna and steam room. The staff were great so friendly and helpful especially Vincent who looked after our bags when we checked in early as our room was not ready. We explored the area while waiting for our room. The hotel is in a perfect setting. We just had to walk out the back of the hotel and we were right along the walkway by Lake Geneva with the mountains in the background. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. We also had free travel within the area with the Montreaux Riviera card given to us from the hotel. We used it for the bus to the Chillon castle and in the opposite direction to visit Vevey. It was so handy and the bus stopped outside the front of the hotel. There’s plenty of shopping too in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to everything. It was absolutely beautiful. It’s not the cheapest hotel but I think you get what you pay for. Worth it for the views alone we stayed in room 706."

"The rooms are good sized with large balconies and fantastic views of the lake. They offer all the necessities like a refrigerator, a small safe, instant coffee, and an electric kettle The restaurant dinner options are good; breakfast is somewhat limited but tasty Besides the view of the lake, the real highlight of this property is that it’s only a 10 minute walk to a very nice pebbled beach with a charming bar and Café. The beach opens onto a sheltered Cove that is great for families with small children and there’s also a platform for sunning and diving."
