"I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness that was not met."

Our only concern was that one of the queen beds in the room made loud noises when you rolled over or got in or out of bed. It was the bed closest to the bathroom. I think our room # was 1335."
