"Maintenance is sub par. The mouldings are caulked messily, there was an exposed electrical box, missing fire alarm (or empty bracket for one), the one button for the toilet didn’t work. There’s one lamp or stupid bright lights to use. Window sills (inside) were dirty, there was hair on the ceiling above the shower, stains on the wallpaper, linens were stale and stained. This place felt absolutely sub par for a coast… oh and we were “ocean view.” The parking is in front of the view, so hopefully you like looking at your vehicle. Lights were not on, nor was the heat… when we arrived. The place is dysfunctional. To sit at the dining table, you need to climb the counter and good luck shaving your legs in the shower or doing your make up with zero counter space."

"The chairs were very stained. It was dated for sure. Perfect floors for having pets and I appreciated the makeup wipes and toiletries. Staff were very friendly towards us and our dogs."

"I don’t understand how this place is a 9.4, I believe it should be a 5.0/10 It gave off more like an Indian motel vibe and the beach isn’t special to look at. For the price I paid, I’m extremely upset, what a waste of money. One night cost me so much. I will never book this because it was dirty, barely any cooking amenities, the bathroom shower guide rail came off and it was moldy asf! Again I would’ve never booked this garbe motel if I knew how bad it was. The staff was good and the parking was fine."

"The bed was not a queen bed. The flooring in the room was worn out and coming up and sharp with bare feet. My main floor room was located next to the front entry unloading zone and noisy. "

"Was a great night for my wife, daughters and grand daughter to have a girls night and afternoon at the spa. Loved the pool beach and playground!"

"Property could use a little bit of upkeep staff for fantastic, complementary kayaking and s’mores is awesome. We didn’t experience the massage but it looked great. Restaurant was completely reserved and packed so I’m assuming delicious and big portions I was told by another guest.. espresso machine in room was a little bit noisy sink dripped a little bit when it was on so probably needed to be tightened but overall decent room. We would definitely go again."
