The staff was rude and stole the deposit. I stayed here out of convenience but had I known they are allowed to create their own policy at will to manipulate you out of your money which is meant for damage which i would understand if so but garbage does not account for that: regardless there was bugs in the room as well as on the ceiling in the lobby.. I wouldn’t have noticed if they told us the manager would come back and waited for 2 hours just to be told we’d receive a call when they’ve arrived. Against my better judgement we didn’t receive a call and returned to the location to be told they had come and gone without regard to our situation. Was told we’d receive a call next day- and obviously never did. Money spent learning to never stay there again hope no one else does either, nearly all the guests had come up and told us they had similar issues and get treated poorly as well but hey it’s cheap lol

Petit déjeuner supposément inclus, mais aucun déjeuner n'a été offert le lendemain. À notre arrivée, on nous a bien indiqué les heures de services: 6-9h. Nous y étions à 8h, panier de 6 pommes et 6 muffins en sachet de proposé, incluant les emballages vides dans le panier!! Rien à voir avec les photos de petit déjeuner complet présenté...

You pay for a hotel that says on there list of being good well I'm sorry you pay big money that has no binches and no real breakfast for people to eat in the mornings like it says on there listings. All they have for breakfast is coffee applies and muffins and oranges that's it oh and coffee. But you pay big money to stay at a hotel that has poor info on there stuff here at super 8
