“Excellent breakfasts, well organised. Room clean and welcoming. Only issue was the parking which was a bit of a lottery”

“Warm welcome and a clean and comfortable room in this friendly guest house a short walk from central Penrith. Great advice on transport from the owner and delicious breakfast served in our room. Nothing more needed for a relaxing stay.”

“A very lovely Victorian house. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.”

“Beautiful b&b. Fantastic breakfast. Wonderful host. Secure bike storage”

“We arrived to a lovely friendly greeting from Suruchi, we were given a walk around of the property, offered information on things to do and places to go. We chose this as a central location that was dog friendly for the three of us to stay. Nice location, nice property and the room was clean and tidy. Would definitely use this property again on another stay in the lakes. Thank you for making our 4 night stay so memorable.”

“The double room was cosy but fine for a one night stay. The dinner was superb with a wonderful choice of all courses. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay”

“Lovely clean room. Staff very friendly and informative about local attractions. Good choice of breakfast. Plenty of parking.”
