Our room was over all not clean at all. Bathroom have water melon seeds on the side we ask front desk to get our room cleaned but no one came to clean our room then i set up a wakeup call for 8:00 Am no one called me at all front desk was not very friendly the only nice customer service we recived was at the L Break fast buffet other then that usually not one will be seen most of the time at the front desk at all
When we arrived, it was like someone had just checked out. There were clothes on the floor outside our room for our whole stay from the previous customers. The TV was on and the remote was missing. Maintence had to come to our room twice, once for the remote and another to check the AC unit for a complaint about a leak. We like our personal space, so that wasn't great for us. I never understand why if there are 5 people checking in a room they only leave 3 towels. The room had 2 Queen beds with 1 couch and couple chairs. We thought the couch was a pull out couch, so our teenager could sleep on it but it was not. It was more like a chaise lounge. The duvet cover was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Other than that, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel was next to the beach and our room had the best view, and lots of businesses and restaurants were in walking distance. The continental breakfast was really great and the kids all enjoyed it .
I didn't like the fact as a guess who is paying for staying at the hotel i was charged for parking at the same hotel... this is the first time this happens...
Everyone was nice and friendly , room was perfect, loved the quick access to the beach and pool. Appreciated the secured parking. Breakfast was also great! The only set back was the noise outside while trying to sleep. We did visit during a heavy tourist time though- a couple was fighting outside our window around 1am. Maybe tighter security at nightime hours would help reduce some of that. Other than that our stay was fantastic and I would stay over and over again!
Front desk turned me away saying my 2 dogs exceeded the Hilton policy weight. I stay with my dogs at Hilton hotels all the time including the night before at a Hilton. They then charged me for my room and refuse to credit me my money even though they turned me away. Horrible customer service and attitude. Stay away from this property!!
There was menstrual blood on one of the bedpads took 3 tries to get correct bedding and got one set with dried paint There was a candy wrapper and used gum in elevator floor for3 days and all the trash cans indoor were stainless steel and were nasty needed all over cleaning form $400 a night havenโt mentioned the food that had to be thrown away because fridge didn't work on the first night
