Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The outside needed grass cutting and weeding. Once you get inside it is nice. If staying here again, I would request a room on the opposite side of the truck yard and opposite end of the street, as the noise of the trucks pulling in and out all night woke us up several times throughout the night. Other than that, we would stay here again.

This is the absolute best value for your money for an overnight stay in Perryton. It’s clean, quiet, big rooms, good breakfast, and very nice staff. AND cheaper than other hotels in the area. This will be the place I come in the future when working in this area.
