I brought my husband here for his birthday and we had a blast. Everyone was so nice and accommodating (as I was on crutches). We will definitely be back.

The Palazzo has excellent rooms, that are spacious and feel luxurious. The bathrooms have a lot of marble so that adds to the luxury feel. The staff are very helpful and I was pleased with the property during the stay.

It as a wonderful experience! I loved that everything was in one place. This was our first time staying at The Venetian. The rooms were gorgeous and make you feel like you made it in life! Lol The beds and pillows were amazing. The pools were nice, but crowded. Too many kids doing cannon bslls right next to people. Very disrespectful. The Garden Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time there. We took a lot of photos throughout the garden area. My big complaint would be the gondola ride experience. The website said the inside one was open and when we got there they told us only the outside was open. They gave us instructions to get there, which ended up being wrong. We asked a security guard for instructions to the ticket booth and those were incorrect as well. He was literally sitting right outside the doors that took you to the ticket booth. He sent us upstairs. The ride was literally 7 mins long. Totally not worth the $156 for 4 of us. Obviously we won’t ever do the gondolas again. But all in all we loved staying there and will stay again when we come to Las Vegas.
