"Great staff who offered us to have breakfast free of charge when we checked in early. Lovely clean and modern hotel with very comfy beds. Only criticism is that our shower had no hot water."

"Incredibly close to the airport - about 2 mins walk from baggage claim. This made travel days super easy. The hotel is nice & clean with good food & drink options on the ground floor. This made for a convenient first night in Lima. The only complaint was that we left an item in the room & the staff was not very helpful in retrieving the item (we never were able to get it back). But that seems to be an issue with their systems, and quite specific to an event. Without that, we wouldn't have had any complaints."

"Everything was as perfect as could be. It would be nice if the front desk could keep small bills to exchange for the customer's. ATM’s only give out large bills."
