“Great hotel and people ”

“Great little hotel in Aguas Calientes. Large, attractive rooms. Brand new bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are so nice. Cloti met me at the train station and helped me with my luggage back to the hotel. They also kept my stuff safe while I went to Mach Picchu after I checked out. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.”

“아구아스 칼리엔테스 지역의 호텔들은 낡은 호텔들이 많아보였지만 이 호텔은 가격이 비싼 편이 아님에도 불구하고 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 아주 깔끔했습니다. 넷플릭스에 심지어 디즈니플러스도 설치되어있는... 앞에 뷰도 괜찮았고 무료로 레이트 체크아웃 서비스도 받았습니다.”

“Very convenient location - 5 min walk from the train station and to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Staff were nice but it would have been helpful if breakfast had been explained better (i.e. telling us that hot food would be made to order rather than figuring it out on our own). The breakfast options were good, though. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. ”

“On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes. Thanks to their thoughtful...

“I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal...
