This high-end boutique hotel delivered exceptional, high-touch service from start to finish — they anticipated every need and made our trip feel effortless and special. "The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast as part of your stay. And they kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend them. Sandra"

"Great place to stay if going to Machu Picchu. The staff are so helpful, the bus stop to go to Machu Picchu is just across the road and it’s a 1min walk from the train station. We also LOVED the restaurant “Ponchos” which is just underneath. Definitely reccomend!"

"Comfortable room, decent shower. They accommodated our breakfast time so we could get in line for the bus in time for our 8 a.m. entry to Machu Pichu. They also had massage on site, but we did not have time for that, sadly. Tip: if you are not traveling light, they will transfer your luggage to/from the station for 35 soles. Totally worth it, because you have to walk up the hill to get there!"

"Great location for an overnight stay before an early trip to Machu Picchu. Short 200 ft to the shuttle bus and train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but basic. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
