"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. Had a great nights sleep and breakfast was a huge choice of self serve items. Lots of home made unusual choices. Loved our unique castle...

",y husband and myself we spent 5 days at Casa Fiorita and we found everything exceptionally good: we were received like members of the family, a very warm and attention ate welcome, extraordinary services, a lot of attention from the owners. The property is beautifully situated overlooking the Tiber and the Umbrian campany. The rooms are specious, full of memories, you are free to wander and discover the secrets of this house. The breakfast is fantastic, everything is coming from local farmers....

"The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...
