โWir waren als Familie mit Kindern im Sunrise Inn Hotel auf der wunderschรถnen Insel Kefalonia. Das Hotel hat griechischen Charme, das Frรผhstรผck war vielfรคltig und die Lage war gut um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein eigenes kleines Hรคuschen am Pool. Unsere Jungs konnten jeden Tag kostenlos Tennis spielen inkl. Schlรคgerverleih. Wirklich toll! Der Pool war auch schรถn mit Plรคtzen zum Sitzen und Liegen im Schatten. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren immer sehr freundlich.

โI stayed at Barefoot Contessa in mid-June 2025. I was holidaying as a solo traveller which I have only done a few times before and so was very anxious leading up to the trip. I neednโt have worried as I had an amazing week. The resort/village and apartments were both fantastic and the staff at Barefoot Contessa/Hemingways were always really friendly and helpful: Dimitra, Olga and Spiros and co.

โThe owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was situated on the main road of Lassi so easy for walking to the shops and restaurants . It has access to a beach and bar down a track and also a short walk from the main beach in Lassi. We had a fantastic stay for a week and will return again without a doubt. โ
โWent from lassi to skala for a night with my wife to escape the kids and grandchildren the hotel owner met us there lovely guy very helpful, very clean and comfortable and price was good only downside i can say is because its an older hotel its a bit of an echo chamber and you can hear every bump and bangโ

Rooms are basic but comfortable - which is reflected in the star rating/room rate, they are spotlessly cleaned everyday and have everything you need including air conditioning (included in the price).

โWe thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sami Beach Hotel. Weโd booked 3 nights at the hotel but ended up staying for 10 nights as we were massively let down by the villa owner on the day of arrival in Kefalonia (weโd booked 5 months prior). Caroline on reception and owner Spiro couldnโt have been more helpful. Lovely family run hotel.

โGreat experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadnโt left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. โ
