"We stayed at the Mermaid Beach Hotel over the Christmas period. Jude our host was wonderful and I cannot speak more highly of her. However, we were very disappointed with the property itself. We booked this hotel as it was advertised that it included a beachside restaurant and bar. However, this was not the case and the hotel restaurant and bar was shut the entirety of our stay (except for when they opened for a private corporate Christmas party that went until 2am). Carriacou completely shuts...

"The cleanest guesthouse I have ever stayed in. Only stayed one night, but hosts were very welcome and even provided me a complimentary breakfast in the morning. Beautiful breeze and quiet at night, really nice stay."
