Beautiful views

Perfect location on Lake Charlevoix and walking distance to downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable but definitely outdated. The pictures we saw online when booked were of an upgraded unit, not the one we stayed in. Nevertheless, it did the job and we can handle some outdated wallpaper. We only wish they have chairs on the back patio, the lake view was amazing but we had no chairs.

Outdated and smelly

The view was amazing. The rest subpar. Walked in to a wafting smell of smoke (cigarette). The place was extremely outdated...including furniture (besides the bed). I requested a new room due to the intense smoke smell but was told the only place left wasn’t any better. Was only able to stay because we opened the windows and cranked the heat (it was in the 30’s outside). The pictures online of the condo were definitely not of the condo we stayed in!

Nice property and view but outdated unit.

The exterior of the complex is very nice but some of the units are very outdated. We stayed with another couple in almost adjoining units for the same price. There's was updated, modern and very nice. Ours had all the old furnishings , appliances and TVs since they were originally built. It was all old and outdated. The wall covers and pictures were all visibly old and faded. The bathroom was clean but old. A nice place with a great view but no investment has been made to keep it updated.. If your considering staying here make sure you get an updated unit for your money.

Great place with awesome view

This was just a quick two day stay but the accomadations were fantastic. It was clean,comfortable and in a convienent location. We would most definitely stay again.

Luxury Stay, beautifully decorated and furnished!

We loved the Water Street Inn! The room itself was beautiful, the furnishings and amenities were top notch. The lake is literally just steps out of the sliding door off the unit. We went in the off season, but everything was still great. It's a short trip to the island from Boyne City and we were able to do all the things we wanted to. Everything in town was a short walk and the shops were very nice. Would definitely return.

Beautiful apartment right on the water

Very nice place with direct water view! Wished I could have stayed there longer with my wife. It was a very clean and nicely equipped room with a balcony including water view!

nice facility

nice facility. helpful staff. clean condition. a wild lighting control system that had multiple styles of off/on and dimming switches. tv could only be seen head on due to limits of cabinet door travel. countertop cooking limited to two small burners, need to have at least one of the burners a large one. being on the lake front was delightful even on a stormy morning when the lake was churning.

Beautiful condo but terrible mattress.

The furniture was pretty but terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, the condo is beautiful and easy to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. They just need to update the mattress and get a couch that one can actually sit in.
