"We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised for what we got, for the price. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations- a wide range of choices. If solely an anglophone it might be a bit confusing at check in (but this would not be unusual, as English is rarely spoken outside of main tourist areas). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again if in the area."

Recepção com total falta de empatia, somos um casal de idosos e, colicaram-nos em um quarto no oitavo andar, mas próximo a rua de desfiles de Carnaval, não conseguimos dormir, a TV não pegava a Globo, conforme estamos acostumados a assistir. Foi caótico, o valor cobrado não corresponde às expectativas. Não voltarei, nem recomendarei o Turis Hotel para casais amigos que...
