"We stayed at 2 bedroom with private pool. The pool was nice, but we noticed that there were many dead insects floating in next morning, can only swim after the staff clean the pool. The hotel is really near to the beach, massage shops and beach restaurants. Location is generally far from all the famous attractions. Downside is that there is no 7-11 or proper grocery shop nearby. Not convenient to get anything. Really near to FantaSea but have to walk across main road which is not safe for family...

"This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. My husband and I arrived for our honeymoon and from the second we showed up, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter which made getting to and from the area very easy. You are about 5 minutes away from Kamala beach and about 20 minutes away from Patong beach. I love that this resort is up on a hill so you are away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket. Thank...

"Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. The location to walk to an actual restaurant s a sketchy back...

"Very nice apartment in a very good condition. The layout is throughout. It has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay : the kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily cook at home; the shower has a good stream without any surprises , the bed is great, small balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets. "The building was very hard to find. Our taxi driver spent an extra 30 minutes driving around the area because even our GPS was having trouble finding it. Once we did arrive there were no signs for reception at all - it appears to be an apartment building more than a hotel. Once we found where to check in they were very rude. We were hungry and asked where there was nearby to get food the lady replied "Nowhere. Can I go now" Overall the worst stay at any "hotel" I have ever had."
