“Very spacious room 105 could do with lick of paint but apart from that faultless”

“Left stranded outside the hotel after staff forgot to leave keys, after confirming directly with the hotel manager that we would be arriving late. We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. “Amazing apartment with epic, all aspect views. Clean and well maintained and the lady managing the cleaning was lovely. Only negative was it was it was very draughty in the bedroom (but it was extremely windy).”
