"First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night. Second night we moved down the hall.
