The staff at this property needs to complete a new work orientation training. On three separate occasions, I came down to the front desk and no staff was in attendance. No one was there for up to twenty minutes. Other people came down for help and noticed that no one was there and they left. I called customer service which was poor and they didn’t help either. After one day of my three day stay, I was locked out of my room as my key card stopped working. When I went to check out, no employee was in sight. Please fix this and get better customer service. Also, I’m still waiting on my refundable $100 deposit that I was not made aware of when I booked the hotel.
