"The fridge shelf broke when I put in a glass bottle, the bottle fell and shattered, splashed the drink on the floor. The maid staff came to clean after 1 hour and we called 3 times by then. When I stepped out, a bunch of staffs were chit chatting in a parking lot. Not the best service. Otherwise the facility was clean and well equipped, no complaints. Oh a power outlet didn't work, and a fan switch chain was cut. There is nothing in walkable distance, no restaurant on site. Be ready to be asked...
