double tree--way overpriced.

the hot tub was slimy. the pool was not heated. the breakfast service was closed. the bar was closed. sunday afternoon check in had only one clerk. the room had no desk or chair. the room had no cushion chair and lamp. the room was clean. the room was too far from the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful to me in any questions I had and responded to my problem with the refrigerator very quickly and replaced it even though I stayed one night I go there every year for 4th of July for the day to spend with my family and my friends at the Indian still Park and the hotel just makes it so much better and so many great memories with my friends and family there thank you all so much

Just the parking was hard for my mom. It was a long walk for her. Maybe offer rides from the parking to the front door. Otherwise all was well! Beautiful decorations for Christmas. Beautful property and rooms! Louis at the front desk was great!
