Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our anniversary during the stay and even surprised me with a birthday surprise during our stay. Would 100% come back and recommend this to anyone visiting. Location is great and the hotel and spa were top quality as well.

Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower.
