Amazing

Amazing place to stay. Perfect location, close to the beach, places to eat etc. staff are super friendly. Buffet breakfast is great. Feels like a luxury stay for a good price.

We very much appreciated Ms. Min, Ms. Dana, Ms. Thu, Mr. Andy (front desk), and kitchen staff including Tuyen, Huyen, and Hong. We would stay again, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a fresh assortment of hot and cold plates. It would have been nice if the pool side suites we stayed in had fully enclosed bathrooms. We recommend this place highly. There are excellent spas and restaurants nearby down the road, as well as laundry services.

Good location

Lovely little place, good breakfast, comfy bed. So many roosters. Location is good and Dana was so helpful and friendly. The pool was fine. Between roosters and construction, sleep was challenging.

Hôtel vieillissant mais le positif l’a emporté

Un hôtel un peu en retrait de la route mais suffisamment proche des plages Le personnel a été adorable ( une mention spéciale à Dana pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur ) La piscine est très agréable Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon ( manque peut être un peu de variété pour les longs séjours ) Les chambres sont confortables mais mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement

Pro: Value for money. USD36 for a night, inclusive of buffet breakfast which was delicious. Quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the shops and beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed with good AC and strong hot shower. Clean toilet. Free shuttle to a nearby beach bar and night market. Con: Didn't respond to my numerous emails on airport transfer. Booked a better room but was given a cheaper and smaller room. Pointed out to the staff and she offered the room we actually booked, which we didn't take, due to noise concern. No hook in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang towel or clothes. Room wasn't cleaned on second morning, even after informing the housekeeping staff.

Hard to believe

The hotel was as advertised, picture perfect, as we arrived earlier than our check-in time to my surprise the receptionist was very courteous and happy to check us in. My family of 5 stayed for 4days and 3 nights, it is not the 5 star hotel, but the staffs cater to ours every needs as though we were in one. My sister and brother in-law decided to stay for another 3 nights and were charge the same discount price as we original books for, most hotel will not do that. In conclusion there is not thing negative I could say about this hotel. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. On the foot note the hot water is very hot, careful when you use it. Peace love and chicken wings.
