Noisy, drunken loud Russians until midnight, no hot water, black mold in the bathroom, almost non existent internet, no one at reception for an hour at check out. I had to go and find them. Give this place a hard pass.

An honest review!

It's a nicely positioned hotel, being about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, and close to all the convienences. There is no beach in front of the hotel and it's not right on the waterfront, there's a couple of small buildings/ shacks between it and the water. The bed was firm as seems to be the norm in Vietnam. Beautiful pillow though! Nicely set out bathroom, but the shower cubicle need to be sealed at the base, some water escaped while showering.

Alla i personalen kunde inte Engelska men de var väldigt hjälpsamma och speciellt en tjej. De fixade mackor åt oss när vi skulle till flygplatsen. Det var ca 7 min promenad till stranden. Hotellet hjälpte oss att boka taxi, vi fick låna handdukar till stranden. Ac funkade inte första natten men de fixade den sedan. Frukosten var helt ok. Rekommenderar.

Satisfactory

We had an good stay at this hotel for 3 nights during christmas. The location is central, but not too loud, so that's good. Just a 10 minute walk or so to the night market. Drawback is that you have to go a houndred meters down the street to get to a beach access, but they will lend you beach towels and the beach is nice. This hotel is not at all fancy, but it's satisfactory. A highlight is the restaurant at the top floor - really beautiful view. The breakfast was no more than ok, but it worked. One final drawback is the english of the staff, but then again, it's poor all over Vietnam..

良いのは立地条件だけで 良くなかったのは 1屋上の朝食バイキングでは男子従業員の態度の悪さにビックリ 笑顔どころか睨みつけられ喧嘩お売られてるように思えた。挙句にお客さんのソファに座って喫煙してました。 部屋ではソープ、シャンプーなどの明記がなくて困りました、ティッシュもありませんでした。 シャワー等の水栓類の吐出量が少なすぎでした。 ただ、レセプションの一人の女性スタッフが親切にしてくれたのが救いでした。

Bon accueil mais la chambre moyennement propre (cheveux, poussière) ensuite ils m’ont vendu un retour pour le Cambodge pour 19$ et en fait il n’y avait que la traversée en bateau. Ce n’était pas du tout ce qui était prévu au départ, n’a pas se fier à leurs paroles. Petit déjeuner pas du tout adapter aux Européens. Premier raté de mon périple au Cambodge et au Vietnam.

Great Hotel, Greater staffs

My friends and I stayed here for a couple days in Jan 2018. They located a few minutes walk to Phu Quoc night market. The room was clean and had really nice view of the beach. The only complaint we had was that the bed was hard, other than that everything was great. They have free, delicious breakfast everyday on their rooftop restaurant. They also rent out scooters for you to ride around the island for 150000 vnd ( which i highly recommended, it was super fun and easy to ride). The staffs were friendly, they provided many tours and restaurants recommendation if you asked them. We asked them for places to go around the island and they were nice enough to ride with us and show us around, free of charge. I would definitely stay here again!

Ok hotel tæt på centrum. Havudsigt ud over lokale hustage. En del larm pga byliv kombineret med hanegal døgnet rundt. Gåafstand til strand. Morgenmad under middel, ingen juice, fluer i alt maden og ingen mulighed for at få det tørre brød toasted. Vi kunne ikke pakke ud, da der ikke var hylder i det ellers store skab, kun en bøjlestang med 3 bøjler. Udemærket Wifi.
