There are two things we particularly like about this resort. First, there are two swimming pools, which give guests good options for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the villa section, with its small tree-lined paths where we took a walk every day. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the seating area provides plenty of comfortable options. We dined at the seafood restaurant three times and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the resort. If we come back next time, we will probably book a bigger room. One thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as it was quite slow in our room and in the dining area.

Chaotic hotel, staff were sweet but orders were mixed up, forgotten etc. So many mistakes which is unacceptable if you claim to be a five-star hotel. Also the hotel, outside of rooms was very unclean - hallways had never seen a broom or vacuum cleaner. Subpar gym and completely useless wifi. On the positive side, food was good and the rooms were great value for money.

Compared to Da Nang, Phu Quoc's food in not delicious and expensive. It was nice that Novotel swimming pool water was warm and I could play late at night. It was nice to have a night market near Novotel.
