ナイトマーケットが近く、ごはん屋さん、マッサージ、ランドリーも全て徒歩圏内にたくさんある。両替所も多いので空港で両替する必要なし。 シティービューの部屋だったが、差額を払ってもオーシャンビューがおすすめ。

Pros balcony overlooking the ocean fantastic Friendly staff and great pool Room wonderful and clean with comfortable bed Cons pool bar is there but no stock or staff and can't get a drink lobby bar isn't in the lobby it is in the basement that has no windows no view and right next to the kids club with a pop up shop type set up they advertise all over the hotel and lifts about meals happy hour and specialty dinning drink specials but you cant participate or purchase because there bar isn't open and who wants to sit in a concrete wall basement, it would have been great with the hotel quite full but hotel didn't deliver what they advertise online nor there in hotel posters if you want just a view stay there If you want a proper resort were you have all the resort type services go somewhere else you wont get it here

ヒトデビーチに行くのにGrabでお願いしようとしたら スーツケースを預けるところにいるスタッフから　ホテルのドライバーとして紹介されました。 グラブより高い値段だけどビーチにいる間待つし　道が悪いから他の　グラブは行ってくれないよ。と言われたのでしました。お願いしました。 案内されたヒトデビーチは結託 道が悪いから割高にしてる、ホコリを綺麗に洗車するから高くしているとグラブより高い理由を言われました

Honestly nothing to shout about. 1. Housekeeping was terrible. We came back to the same soiled bath mat which was simply placed back nicely in front of the bath tub giving the impression it was changed. We deliberately left the shower gel bottle at the sink hoping the staff would refill it. Nope not refilled. Empty toilet roll left on the toilet bowl was still there. Hair left on the floor. Amenity box was deliberately left slightly ajar to give impression items were replenished but nope. Made me wonder if anything was even cleaned. Simply just doing things to give false impressions of cleaning. 2. Hotel does not provide body lotion and bedroom slipppers. Only rubber beach slippers. 3. Requested for extra water bottles only to be told we need to pay as they only provide 2 tiny complimentary bottles per day. It’s the first time I’m told we need to pay for extra water bottles at a nice hotel. This is not a budget hotel but behaves like one. In the end, we bought 1.5 litre bottles from King Kong mart at only usd$0.35 each. It’s something so cheap yet they are unwilling to provide more. 4. TV was not working throughout the stay. 5. Food was terrible. We paid for the Thursday night bbq dinner. Pls do yourself a flavour and skip it. Go eat at the nearby night market. You will save your jaw from chewing from the terrible tough seafood and beef slices. Not sure what was really good about this hotel. Perhaps only the location.

Good location, no indoor swimming pool, only outdoor one. If there is thunderstorm, guests cannot swim. Only one restaurant and the food is just fair (including the breakfast buffet). Yet, the location is really good, close to the night market. The only swimming pool is a bit small but good to take photo. Not much facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Air conditioner works well. When there was air conditioner problem in our room, the staff came within 10 mins and fixed it as soon as he could. But if I paid for HK$1000 for a sea view room, I could have more choices in Phu Quoc.

We had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of noise from both the pool area (kids) and the ocean, even with the doors closed. Compared to some of the other places we stayed during our trip, the experience felt a little more basic. For example, we had to take up our own bags and there wasn’t much guidance or direction provided on arrival. (We didn’t get our welcome drink) That said, the breakfast was really good and the location was convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Phu Quoc, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not as memorable as some of the other hotels we experienced on this trip.

あまり期待していませんでしたが、全般的に満足でした。 ホテルの設備は新しくはないですが、ナイトマーケットから徒歩圏内の街の中心地で便利な立地でした。お部屋は清潔に保たれ、スタッフの対応も早く良かったです。 空港無料シャトルも良かったです。 また朝食も種類豊富で大変満足でした。また家族で利用したいです。

I enjoyed my stay at this resort! Pros: airport shuttle pickup and dropoff, large room with awesome balcony view of the pool and beach, the infinity pool, and private beach access. Staff is friendly and can speak English. I was able to hire a personal driver that took me to the southern part of the island to a tourist town called Sunset Town. The driver waited for me until I was done dining and exploring. All of this was a flat fee discussed upfront, so I appreciated that.
