"Was pleasantly surprised at how nice Sentido Resort is. Stayed in a delux bungalow. Bed was comfy, shower and bath amazing. Lots of pools to choose from with a swim up bar at one. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Tu the security gaurd :)"

"The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with. "

"Amazing luxury hotel . Room was fabulous with a great view of the sea . Private pool that wasn’t overlooked. Staff were pleasant and could not do enough tomake our stay special . The app for the hotel was hrwat as we could use it for a number of things from ro service to house keeping requests. "The view was amazing and Korina, her younger brother Nabeen and the staff were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The only couple of things i would recommend to improve the property area would be maybe changing the floor mat and cushions in the seating and view area as the wiod and marble furniture was beautiful but the floor carpet and cushions were worn down impacting the overall ambience and experience of the place. Also the door lock didn't seem to work properly so strong reliable locks may improve the overall experience. But everything else was super awesome and beautiful and we would love to come back and stay there again. Very serene and relaxing place with awesome staff/ people!"
