“Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. The location is perfect to explore Rappallo and also right across from the boat pier to explore Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Additionally, I had a car and the staff sorted our...

Room : I had a superior room with sea view: very spacious size and clean. But you have to share the terrace( it’s an open place) Service: don’t expect too much. Don’t ask too much. Not so helpful. Of course depends on the person who works. But a woman was very kind and helpful. Btw once to visit is enough for me. I...
