“Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else.”

“Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop areas are great surprise with great views. The food was absolutely delicious to a high standard, fresh and often home made. I even got a little take away homemade jam and a recipe. On my first morning Fabrizio gave me map of Napoli and explained all the areas to visit. I highly recommend Magma Home.”

“Very good location in the middle of everything. It’s a bit tricky to find it but once you do it you’ll be very pleased that you chose them. It’s very clean and modern with the nice sheets for a comfortable sleep. The shower is small but the bathroom is clean and smells jasmine. Coffee is really good. Not a fan of the breakfast pastries because they have too much dough.”

“We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long.”

“The interior of the hotel was not bad, but I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I can't understand it. There is no sign indicating the hotel entrance anywhere. If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find the entrance, and I regret that they didn't mention the parking lot.”
