Les allées de circulation et le domaine dans son ensemble demandent d être mieux entretenus. Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été agréable mais le prix est élevé pour les prestations fournies.”

“Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. ”

“I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!”

“La struttura è molto bella e pulita, in un vecchio convento. Anche se c'erano pochi ospiti, i muri sono molto sottili, si sentono tante rumori dalle stanze vicine. I bagni sono puliti ma hanno bisogno di manutenzione. Porte che non si chiudono bene e rubinetti che perdono.”

“This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well. The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with.. We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends...

When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. The common room was very nice - all shared accomodations and things to do. I noticed they had beach towels available for guests to use which is very kind. Everything I saw was very clean and tidy. “Die Unterkunft bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nur durchschnittlich. Mit einigen kleinen Ergänzungen und einer etwas größeren Auswahl könnte es jedoch deutlich aufgewertet werden. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.”

Free parking in the basement garage was easy to access, and we were allowed to leave our car for the day after our checkout.
